Huntz Hall of the BB's always did remind me of Rick Neilson (the lead Guitar) of CHEAP TRICK

It's not high on my comedy lists, but I do enjoy the "delinquent tough guy" speak.
Little Rascals are great. I've been watching them on the YouTube.com site. Also Google video.
My favorite is "Hearts are Thumps"--in that one, Spanky slips a peice of soap in Alfalfa's sandwich.
Those flicks are great--although, some stuff the filmmakers look like taking advantage of these kids. Never noticed that before. Watching a flimsy go-cart with about 10 kids in it, racing down on a very long steep hill --damn that looks dangerous now.
There's also an Our Gang silent film that has the little kids playing 'war' --with tomatoes as weapons. One kid got hit in the face with a tomato and you can see the kid cry. Poor Little Farina..

My favorite Li'l Rascals has to be the one with the cannibal from the circus in it chasing the kids around saying:
"Yum-yums! Eat'em up, yum!"
What more could you ask for: poverty-stricken kids, 16fps rate,and... oh yeah... a frikken' cannibal!
Lotsa laffs.
